I came in for a consultation with Dr. Shazel Gharbi and had a great experience. The staff is very professional, welcoming, and I would recommend visiting.

Pleasant staff, personable and empathetic doctors, hygienic, innovative and convenient med spa experience. I have been using Old Town Med Spa for a few years now. I also appreciate the doctor being very pain sensitive and being able to make appointments quickly and conveniently and not having to wait long once I am present for my appointment.

If you are looking for a clinic to look and feel amazing, please come here! The staff and Dr. Gharbi are great. They are kind, patient and listen. And unlike most places, you find true professionalism here by medical experts, and they deliver true results and will be honest about your expectations and end result. I can't recommend them enough and as always say thank you!!

Amazing staff and doctors! Couldn’t recommend more (and love the location!).

Dr. Gharbi was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was up front about result expectations, explaining that lasers can take more than one treatment and the process. He went the extra mile to address a second concern and was careful and purposeful with treatment. His understanding of the muscle structure and sharing that is very helpful. Everyone is very reassuring.

I’ve been going here for over a year and every interaction has been a pleasant one. The staff is great and prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend!
