I always have such a wonderful experience at Old Town Med Spa! The entire staff makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. The spa is incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and has such a calm, professional atmosphere. Dr. Shazel and Nael are both amazing — they take the time to really listen, answer questions, and explain everything so you feel confident and informed. You never feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciate. They genuinely care about their patients and want you to have the best possible results. Scheduling and communication is always super easy, and the whole team is friendly. You can tell they truly value their clients and take pride in what they do. I had a great experience here from start to finish. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. Marissa did my laser treatment, and she was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to detail. She clearly explained the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable during the session. I’m very happy with my results so far and can already see a noticeable improvement. Jessica at the reception is also wonderful to work with. She is very attentive, responds quickly, and helps with scheduling or rescheduling appointments right away, which makes the whole experience much easier. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering laser treatment or similar services.
