I have been suffering from Tenosynovitis in my hand / thumb for nearly one year. My left hand was becoming unusable for daily activity such as hygiene, carrying things, washing dishes, etc. I have done all the things that my other physicians have suggested such as wearing a brace, ibuprofen, oral steroids, and even steroid injections. Physical therapy was out of the question because of the intense pain. All these things had all helped some, but my condition kept getting worse. I hesitated getting an exosome injection strictly due to cost, but things had gotten so bad that I decided to do it. Within about one week, I had much less pain, and within just over one month, all my pain had completely gone away. I am now much more productive at work, I could go to the gym, and live daily life as if nothing had ever happened. I wish I would have done this much sooner. Big thanks to Dr. Gharbi.
