The spa is incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and has such a calm, professional atmosphere. Dr. Shazel and Nael are both amazing — they take the time to really listen, answer questions, and explain everything so you feel confident and informed. You never feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciate. They genuinely care about their patients and want you to have the best possible results. Scheduling and communication is always super easy, and the whole team is friendly. You can tell they truly value their clients and take pride in what they do. Jessica at the reception is also wonderful to work with. She is very attentive, responds quickly, and helps with scheduling or rescheduling appointments right away, which makes the whole experience much easier. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering laser treatment or similar services.
