I was referred to Old Town Med Spa by a friend of mine who mentioned great things about their practice. I was previously a client of a med spa in Wilmette, however, the commute to and from the city was very taxing. I decided to give Old Town Med Spa a try and I'm definitely glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very upbeat, friendly staff who got me started almost immediately. I was then introduced to Jennie (one of their laser specialists) after filling out the necessary paperwork and she took me into a procedure room and explained the process. She asked a battery of questions to qualify me for the procedure and once satisfied, she began the procedure. My procedure was executed very quickly with minimal pain and maximum results. I am extremely happy making the switch from my old medical spa and would happily recommend Old Town Med Spa to friends and family.
