Nice facility, staff and doctors. They went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable with the services I receive from them. I was weary after a few times because of past experiences with other facilities and being new to the Chicago area. I brought my concerns to them and they invited me back for a follow up appointment to address my concerns free of charge. They value their clients and want to take care of them. I strongly suggest them for anyone thinking about getting a treatment or that has experience with their types of services. Went to old town medspa for skin treatments , facial and peels, very professional spa, staff is very friendly and nice, offered me coffee and water on arrival, no wait, great experience, great results

I signed up for laser hair removal treatments using a Groupon. I was really nervous about doing the treatment, but the technician, Jennie put me totally at ease and explained everything before she did it. She also distracted me while using the laser, which was great because it does hurt a bit. I'm really glad I found this spot!
