I had a very positive experience at Old Town Med Spa in Lincoln Park. Their receptionist was nice, the appointment was on time. The doctor was brief with our consult as I was only interested in 20 units of botox. I had no swelling or discomfort after my appointment and I am happy with my results. I will absolutely consider them in the future for any treatments. Thank you!

Great place! The staff is nice and professional. I got my laser hair removal there and I’m very happy with the results. Valerie is a great technician. Every time at the appointment she would ask for the results and would adjust the treatment if needed. I really recommend it.

Great doctor and staff.

I've always had a great experience at OTMS. Valerie has provided great service and advice for whatever my issue was. The whole team is attentive and makes reliable suggestions around what I'm needing. The choices are overwhelming but they will help you figure out what the solution is to your needs.

I can not recommend Old Town Med Spa enough! I come here for laser hair removal and the staff is lovely, the equipment is top notch, and the office is extremely clean and comfortable. It’s a wonderful experience coming here. They make my laser hair removal feel more like a spa experience.
