I’ve going to Old Town Med Spa for years l. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and truly value their clients. The doctors are truly the only individuals I trust to touch my face. They go above and beyond to make you feel heard and comfortable .

Best staff and beautiful facility.

I had my Ellacor procedure done at Old Town Med Spa, and I am extremely happy with my experience and results. From the very beginning, everything was handled so well. The consultation with Dr. Neal Gharby was excellent—he made me feel comfortable right away and truly listened to my concerns. Kudos to him for his outstanding people skills. Dr. Gharby took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated that he was informative without being pushy at all. The procedure itself was much less painful than I expected, and my healing process went exactly as explained. The facility is incredibly clean, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and engaging, which made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend Old Town Med Spa and Dr. Neal Gharby to anyone considering Ellacor or other treatments.

I had an amazing dermaplaning and peel with Marissa, and I can’t say enough good things about her skills and knowledge. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely comfortable, and my skin looks and feels incredible. I will definitely be going back! I’m also part of their membership program, which is such a wonderful value. I receive a free facial on a monthly basis, plus discounts on products and services—it’s honestly one of the best programs I’ve come across. Old Town Med Spa has three locations in the city, and every facility is absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Loved it here and highly recommend Old Town Med Spa! 💆‍♀️✨

I am so happy I found this place. I have been seeing Sabina consistently since September 2025, and my skin has done a complete 180 in just 4 months. Sabina is so sweet, honest and truly cares about helping you reach your skin goals. She is extremely knowledgeable, and I value her advice. I have been alternating between PRP and the Brightening Facial; both treatments combined with proper, medical grade skincare have done wonders for my skin. I honestly look forward to each appointment because I know how amazing the results turn out!
